Synopsis: After barely surviving her last encounter with Rashi, Ninja Girl has a taste for revenge. She hatches a plan to get into his compound by responding to one of his henchman looking for an escort. Arriving on the premises, she makes quick work of the henchman, almost killing him with Rashi appearing at the last minute to prevent the henchman’s death. Ninja Girl and Rashi don’t hesitate and quickly engage in combat.
Madam Midnight is back and still attempting to grow her army of Super Villains by transforming Super Heroines into brainwashed sex slaves to do her bidding. This time she has her sights set on Blue Venus. First she finds out her secret identity, quiet school teacher Ashley, and then she magically appears in her classroom. She fights him off and uses her later eyes to make him back off and he vanishes! Whew! But just when she thought she was safe the alien reappears with the very stone that makes her weak and shines it directly at her. She falls to the ground in weakness and the alien takes her to his lair where he ties up the weak and sexy superhero! What a feat!

Originally intended and invented by Red Vision to de-power a super-powered individual for a worse case scenario, she helplessly trades the device for her own life after having been captured by Jack and Sandman.
