Hot on the trail of the evil Dr. Watts, UltraGirl (Raven Eve) confronts him in his lair. Unfortunately for her, he is waiting with his latest invention: A mysterious ray that paralyzes her, leaving her wide eyed, open mouthed and unable to move a muscle! Trapped in her own body with only her mind functioning, she must wait helplessly for him to prepare her demise! By the time the effects of the ray have worn off, she has been chained to a bed, her power belt removed and left dangling above her, just out of reach!
