An explosion and partial loss of power to the secret Night Gate prison facility allows the musclebound super-villainess known as Knockout to escape. Now once she is free and has a place to hide out, she starts thinking of all the needs she has had to leave unsatisfied, and then a foolish superhero comes to try to take her in and she decides to put the young hero to use.
Arclight is on the move as soon as she hears that the notorious mercenary known only as the Contractor has just robbed the biggest bank in the state. As the villain only does crimes he’s contracted to do, Arclight tries to figure out who’s really behind the robbery.
